We are in full swing of the holiday bustle AND we are in the midst of a health crisis. Stress, anxiety and depression are at an all time. Stress and holding the breath go hand and hand. If you want to feel more peace use your breath to switch the switch, and go from anxiety to peach in one minute.
THE 1-MINUTE BREATH
Here’s another simple type of meditation that takes just a minute:
Inhale for a count of 5 seconds.
Hold your breath for 5 seconds.
Exhale for 5 seconds.
Repeat for about 1 minute. Connecting to your breath calms you down and changes your mood really quickly.
